Our Signature 5-Step Process

01. Consultation & Style Meeting
Let’s kick things off! After your inquiry, I’ll send you a link to book your consultation. Whether we chat over the phone, video call, or you pop by my studio (iced coffee encouraged!), this is where the fun begins. We’ll brainstorm your dream stationery, play with paper and design samples, and dive into swatches and print options. If you’re visiting in person, you can even rummage through full suite samples to find your perfect vibe.

02. Proposal & Booking
Next, I’ll create a custom proposal based on our chat—complete with printing options, finishing touches, and all the goodies we talked about. Love it? Approve the proposal and secure your spot on my design calendar with a deposit. Just like that, you’re officially part of the WKD family. Cue the confetti! 🎉

03. The Design Process
Here’s where the magic happens! I’ll bring your vision to life with 2-3 design concepts, and you’ll let me know what feels just right (or what tweaks you’d like to make). Revisions? Bring them on—I want every detail to be flawless. We’ll start with the main invitation and build out the rest of the suite to match. I’ll be your guide, cheerleader, and creative bestie through it all.

04. Print Production & Pre-Assembly
Once the designs are locked in, it’s time to make them real! I work with top-notch printing partners (local when possible!) to ensure everything is gorgeous and top quality. Before your suite reaches you, I do all the pre-assembly. It’s practically mail-ready—you just need to stamp, seal, and send. I’ll include a Keepsake Suite: a beautifully packaged set of your invitations with all the extras. Perfect for wedding detail photos and showing off for years to come.

​05. Suite Delivery & Celebration!
Your big stationery moment is here! If you’re local to Millbury, MA, we can meet up for delivery (happy dances optional but encouraged). Not local? No worries—shipping’s on me! Now’s the time to pop the bubbly and toast to another major wedding task checked off your list. Cheers! 🥂
