01. Consultation & Style Meeting
Let’s kick things off! After your inquiry, I’ll send you a link to book your consultation—whether it’s a quick phone call, a video chat, or an in-studio visit (iced coffee encouraged!).
During our call, we’ll dive into your wedding vision, stationery must-haves, and all the little details that make your suite uniquely you. I’ll guide you through paper options, print styles, and design possibilities, helping you navigate choices with ease.
For those who love a hands-on experience, my in-studio meetings allow you to see, feel, and compare full suite samples. No matter how we connect, this is where the magic starts!

02. Proposal & Booking
After our chat, I’ll put together a custom design board filled with inspiration and ideas tailored to your wedding vibe. Along with that, you’ll receive three package options at different price points, so you can choose what feels right for you. Have questions? Want to tweak something? No pressure—this is a collaborative process, and we’ll refine the details together!
Once you’ve selected your package, your spot on my schedule is officially yours with a signed contract and a 25% retainer. And here’s where the real fun begins--your welcome box is on its way! 🎉 Inside, you’ll find a full sample kit with luxe paper swatches, envelope colors, print method options, and other goodies so you can see and feel the quality firsthand.

03. The Design Process
Here’s where the magic happens! ✨ I’ll take everything we’ve discussed and create 2-3 initial design concepts that bring your vision to life. From there, you’ll share your feedback—love it? Amazing! Want to tweak something? Let’s refine it until it’s perfect.
With unlimited revisions, we’ll fine-tune every detail, ensuring your invitations are nothing short of stunning. You’ll receive digital proofs along the way, so you’ll always know exactly how your suite will look before we go to print. We’ll start with the main invitation and build out the rest of the suite to match--flawless from start to finish.
I’ll be here every step of the way--your guide, cheerleader, and creative bestie—until your dream stationery is ready to become a reality! 🎨💌

04. Print Production & Pre-Assembly
Once your designs are locked in, it’s time to bring them to life! 🖨️✨ Whenever possible, I provide a hard proof so you can see and feel your suite before full production. I work with top-tier printing partners (local when I can!) to ensure everything is flawless—from the crispest letterpress to the dreamiest foil details.
Before your invitations reach you, I handle all the pre-assembly—meaning your suite will arrive practically mail-ready! Just stamp, seal, and send. 💌 Want an even more stress-free experience? I offer a White Glove Service, where I’ll handle assembly, addressing, postage, and mailing for you! ✨ Inquire for details and pricing.
And because every WKD couple deserves something special, you’ll also receive a hand-crafted Keepsake Suite—a full set of your invitations with all the bells & whistles, beautifully packaged in a foil-pressed linen box. Not only is it perfect for those Pinterest-worthy wedding detail photos, but it’s a keepsake you’ll treasure for years to come. 🤍

​05. Suite Delivery & Celebration!
​Your big stationery moment has arrived! 🎉 If you're local to Millbury, MA, we can meet up for an in-person handoff (happy dances encouraged! 💃). Not nearby? No worries--shipping is on me!
With your invitations in hand, it's time to pop the bubbly and celebrate checking off a major wedding to-do. 🥂 Your dream suite is ready to impress your guests and set the tone for your big day—now all that’s left is to send them off!
