01. Consultation & Style Meeting
Following your inquiry, you’ll receive a link to schedule your consultation. Meetings may take place by phone, video, or in studio, depending on what works best for you. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your wedding details, design direction, and stationery needs. I’ll guide you through paper options, print methods, and overall aesthetic considerations, helping you navigate decisions with clarity and ease. For couples who prefer a hands-on experience, in-studio consultations allow you to view and compare materials and full suite samples in person. This meeting establishes the creative direction for your stationery and sets the foundation for the process ahead. 02. Proposal & Booking After our consultation, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining design direction, recommended pieces, and investment options tailored to your wedding. This proposal provides a clear overview of scope and next steps, allowing you to move forward with confidence. Once your proposal is approved, your date is reserved with a signed contract and retainer. At that point, your welcome box is prepared and sent, including a curated sample kit featuring paper options, envelope colors, and print method examples to support the design process. |

03. The Design Process
Design begins with the creation of initial concepts based on the vision established during our consultation. From there, we work collaboratively through refinements to ensure every detail feels intentional and aligned.
You’ll receive digital proofs throughout the process, allowing you to review and approve each element before moving into production. We begin with the invitation itself and build the remaining pieces of the suite to ensure a cohesive final result.
This phase is guided and structured, with clear communication and thoughtful revisions along the way.
04. Print Production & Final Preparation
Once your designs are approved, production begins. Whenever possible, a hard proof is provided so you can see and feel the finished piece prior to full printing. Printing is completed through trusted partners to ensure consistency, quality, and refined detail.
All invitation suites are fully assembled prior to delivery, with postage prepared and included. Couples may choose to have invitations mailed directly to their guests or delivered to them ready to send. In either case, every piece is carefully prepared to ensure a seamless experience.
Each custom client also receives a hand-crafted keepsake suite — a complete version of the invitation with curated finishing details — presented in a keepsake box for preservation and wedding day photography

Once complete, your stationery is carefully packaged and delivered. Local clients may opt for in-person pickup, while all others receive their suite via shipment.
If additional pieces remain after mailing, they are either shipped or made available for pickup, depending on your preference.

accepted each month - typically between four and six, depending on scope and production timelines.
